If you want to put the message here you have to do the following steps:

1. You have to shoose the button новая тема and push it.
You can leave your message in big field downstairs.

2. At the foot of this form you have to write you name-login (the first empty small field) and password (the first empty small field).
Please - don't forget your login and password. Next time you need write it again to put your new message.

3. Mark the tick in the next very small square field.

4. Push the button отправить. You message can be seen at once or goes to premoderation and will be seen in some time.

5. After your message get visible you can edit it. Push the first left down button редактировать and start to edit. After finish - push again the button отправить.
